The Scotwork Essentials programme is a largely bespoke solution
targeted at organisations with a large number of junior level
people who need to be more aware of the basics of negotiation.
It provides an introduction to the negotiating process, targeted
at those individuals who are about to start negotiating, who
provide support to lead negotiators or who have to negotiate within
a very strict set of guidelines or parameters.
